Rise, Growth and Activities of Christian Communities in the Černý Most Housing Development in Prague 14
WINSTED, Margareta
There have been four Christian churches active in the area of Černý Most housing development in Prague 14 since 2000 {--} the Church of Brethren, Christian Community Prague, Roman Catholic Church and the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The work describes the rise, growth and activities of these communities between years 2000 and 2007, focusing on the Church of Brethren. The first part generally characterizes the churches, their rise and size. Next I described the churches´ activities focusing on the care of believers and their evangelistic effort. The next interesting fact is the cooperation of the churches and support of their educational and social activities from the Municipal Office of Prague 14. To give the total view of the religious atmosphere in Černý Most I mentioned activities of the Muslim community and the Jehovah{\crq}s Witnesses central office. Therefore the overall position of Christian communities in the anonymous environment of the housing development is found very demanding.

They are questions that cannot by simply answered, for example one of them was Konopiště castle case. Described events are put in nationwide context. The main sources for my thesis were regional origin sources. Another information to my topic I got from contemporary press.

Trusinová, Alžběta ; Hošek, Pavel (advisor) ; Bargár, Pavol (referee)
This Bachelor thesis examines the characteristic of Czech religiosity based on sociological surveys. It analyses the religiosity since the 19th century to the present day. The first chapter summarizes the approaches and theories about the role of religion in society. The following chapters describe the evolution of the four designated features of Czech religiosity: low trust in religious institutions, low religious self-declaration, low religious activity (assessed by the attendance of worship) and finally unimportant of religion. These features are examined in the nineteenth and twentieth century during the Habsburg monarchy, as well as in the First Republic, during the protectorate, and in the postwar years, during the Communist era and the post-revolution period to the present. The thesis is based mainly on the works of Czech sociologists of religion (Nešpor, Václavík, Hamplová), who analyzed sociological researches and described the Czech religious situation and its development. Czech religiosity and its features are explored since the beginning of the Czech national movement to the 21st century. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Pultznerová, Hana ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Zvára, Michael (referee)
Mgr. Hana Pultznerová: "Restitution titles according to the Act on Property Settlement with Churches and Religious Societies" Abstract I chose "Restitution titles according to the Act on Property Settlement with Churches and Religious Societies" as a theme of my thesis. The first part of the thesis contains a historical excursion, which describes the origin of historical property of churches and the process of settlement of church restitutions in the Czech Republic. Well-deserved space is devoted to the case law of the Constitutional Court, which has played an irreplaceable role in the process of church restitution. Another introductory topic is a description of an Act No. 428/2012 Coll., on property settlement with churches and religious societies. The law is not a pure restitution regulation, because in addition to the restitution of property to church legal entities, it also grants financial settlement, which leads to the complete separation of church and state. I deal with the basic principles of the law, the method of restitution and further financial settlement with church entities. We will find out who is the person obliged to transfer the original property of the churches and who is entitled to ask the transfer of the property. I also deal with the process of transfer agricultural and non-...

Sehnal, Ondřej ; Šouša, Jiří (advisor) ; Skřejpková, Petra (referee)
Constitutional development of selected Central European countries in 1945 - 1990 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the constitutional-law development of selected countries of Central Europe, namely the development in the German Democratic Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and Poland, from 1945 to 1990. The thesis captures significant changes in the field of constitutional law in these countries and tries to put them into the background of social events and moods of the time. After an initial outline of the social situation after the end of the Second World War, the work deals with the situation in post-war Germany, the division of its occupation zones including the circumstances that preceded the division, and then the emergence of political parties in each zone. The third chapter deals with the development in the Federal Republic of Germany. It analyses the establishment of the Basic Law and the Republic itself and describes in detail the constitutional framework formed by the Basic Law, not forgetting the occupation status and the general treaty. The conclusion of this chapter belongs to the amendments to the Basic Law until 1990. Developments in the German Democratic Republic are dealt with in the fourth chapter. It analyses in detail the constitution of 1949, as well as its changes and...
Possibilities of cooperation with Psychosocial and intervention team Czech Republic at extraordinary event.
VAVEROVÁ, Petra
The main aim of this thesis is to analyze how the general public and registered churches are informed about the Psychosocial intervention team of the Czech Republic. In addition, the thesis focuses on the analysis of available sources of information about psychosocial intervention (aid) and crisis intervention in emergency situations. The churches were asked by using interviews with their representatives. These were mainly personal interviews, telephone communications, and e-mail correspondence. The awareness of the general public was identified by using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on the general information about the Psychosocial Intervention Team of the Czech Republic and emergency situations, in the second part of the questionnaire the questions were whether the respondents met with this team and in what case it was. This thesis is the first one that deals with the awareness about the Czech Psychosocial Intervention Team. It can therefore be used as a basis for further research on this topic. It has been found that the general public has some awareness of the Psychosocial Intervention Team, but it is at a very low level and only one of the 105 respondents has personally met with this team. As far as the churches are concerned, the awareness was higher, but only a few churches closely cooperate with this team. It should be noted that it would be desirable to deepen the awareness about this team by general public and to ensure better cooperation between this team and churches.
Involvement of selected churches in České Budějovice in social work and conception of social work of the churches
HÁJEK, Petr
The aim of my own bachelor thesis is to outline the historical evolution (genesis) of charity activity of individual pre-selected churches on the basis of study of professional literature, to analyze the meaning and meaning of charity activity within the society and the particular church organization. To find out the current scope, meaning and perspectives of specific forms of social work in selected churches or churches. I want to achieve goals through qualitative and semi-structured interviews with communication partners. I will have prepared questions and, if a new and interesting topic is discovered, there will be room for him to devote himself fully to having space for him. From individual interviews, I expect a detailed insight into the issue of the influence of churches on social work in the city of České Budějovice, enriched by opinions of volunteer participants in the research. The identities of people and names of the organizations where the communication partners work will remain confidential. I have an agreement with them to keep anonymity. Records of conversations made on a mobile phone must be deleted by written request. The contribution of my bachelor thesis is the mapping of the content and forms of charity work of selected churches in historical development in connection with the needs of the given society on the one hand and the possibilities of the churches on the other. With the help of semi-structured interviews with selected church / church members, I want to find out what forms of the present Church are using in practical social work, how effective they are from their point of view and how they have a perspective in today's society at a given stage of social development and the status of the Church or churches.
